Our Rooms
The Whitman Inn has lots of comfortable spaces both indoors and out. From the lounge room with a fireplace and pool table, to the swimming pool and sauna there is room enough to be comfortable and relax and enjoy yourself. There is also a spacious veranda and gardens.
Room 1: Romance Room
This room has been designed to make your stay with us as romantic and comfortable as possible. It is decorated in an Italian style with a romantic four poster bed, a sitting area and the 4-pc bathroom features a 2 person corner airpool tub.
Room 2: Valley of the Kings
A long narrow hallway brings you to our Egypt inspired room. The sunny room features a queen sized bed and a private 3-pc bath with an airjet tub.
Room 3: Provence
The subtle purple walls will remind you of the lavender fields in France. The room has two double beds and a private bath with shower and is decorated in a French country style.
Room 4: Safari
This room features beautiful antique furniture and 2 double beds. It has a private 3-pc ensuite bath with shower, and is located at the rear of the inn.
Room 5: Sari
This room faces the back of the building and has a lot of afternoon sun. It offers one double bed and a private 3-pc bathroom which is located outside the room.
Room 6: Olé
This room, inspired by Spain, will make you say OLÉ! It features a queen bed, private bath with tub and shower.
Room 7: Holland
This room is located upstairs. The room has two double beds, private bath with shower and period furnishings, and overlooks the inn's front yard
Room 8: Green Tea
This room has one queen bed and private bath with shower. The room overlooks the courtyard in the back of the inn and has a view of two beautiful apple trees and the woods.
Room 9: Housekeeping Apartment
The two bedroom housekeeping apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, the other has two single beds. There is a full kitchen, living room with double fold-out couch and a private bath with tub/shower. It can accommodate up to 6 persons. The unit is connected to the inn and you have a private entrance and an outside sitting area.
Parlour/Library
The parlour is the reading and quiet socializing room in the inn; it features a small library ranging in different topics and languages. It's decorated in a nautical style.
Guest Lounge
This room is the center of activity at the inn, with the billard/pingpong table, fireplace and satelite TV/VCR. The room connects to the courtyard in the back of the inn.
